The Viet-Cajun Jazzy Beer Dinner was an unforgettable evening celebrating the bold, soulful fusion of Vietnamese and Louisiana Cajun flavors, all perfectly paired with craft beer, cider and jazzy tunes. 

Guests enjoyed a five-course culinary journey crafted by Chef John LoScalzo of LOKO Cuisine and Pastry Chef Aliza Vega, with each dish thoughtfully paired with exceptional beers and ciders from Green Bench Brewing Co. The menu highlighted the rich, aromatic depth of Viet-Cajun cuisine.

Set against the smooth sounds of jazzy tunes, the cellar transformed into an intimate supper-club atmosphere with glowing candlelight, colorful florals, and warm conversation bringing every detail to life. 

It was truly a night to remember. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us and made it so special!

Charitable Beneficiary:

We were excited to support the Radius Church of St. Petersburg’s Thanksgiving Drive as our charitable beneficiary for this event! They work to help provide holiday meals to families in need across Tampa Bay. Last year, they fed 1,325 families (surpassing their goal!) and this year, they’re aiming for 1,700. Working alongside partners like CASA, Boley Center, Women on the Way, St. Pete Housing Authority, and the Boys & Girls Club, their team of donors and volunteers ensures full Thanksgiving dinners are packed and delivered with love and care.
