The Journey was a beautiful evening celebrating the creative paths of Chef Taimi Carrero and visual artist Raciel Gómez. Each course unfolded as a chapter of their journey from Cuba to the United States, expressed through flavors inspired by Cuban, Spanish, Mexican, and American influences.
Guests enjoyed a five-course culinary experience thoughtfully paired with exceptional ciders along with beers from Grand Central Brewhouse. With Raciel’s artwork on display, the Stammtisch room transformed into an elegant, intimate setting.
It was truly an unforgettable night. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who gathered around the table with us and helped bring this story to life.

We were excited to support The Kind Mouse, a St. Petersburg–based 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to feeding local children facing chronic hunger and food insecurity. Founded in 2012 by Gina Wilkins, this inspiring organization is powered by volunteers ages 5 to 93, all working together to ensure no child in Pinellas County goes hungry.
