Hosted by APULULU Kitchen, this casual yet elegant evening celebrates culture, creativity, and connection through food, art, and music.

The Journey follows the creative paths of Chef Taimi Carrero and visual artist Raciel Gómez, with each course unfolding as a chapter of their story—from Cuba to the United States—expressed through Cuban, Spanish, Mexican, and American influences.

The experience is paired with curated cider and Grand Central Brewhouse beer selections by Joanne Mumbey of BeyLoved Pairings, a Wine Enthusiast Future 40 honoree, alongside live music and an art exhibition featuring Raciel’s newest works.

A portion of proceeds benefits The Kind Mouse, supporting children facing chronic hunger and food insecurity.
